After completing her education at Galatasaray High School, Nihal Özfırat graduated from the Psychology department at Boğaziçi University. Since 2006, she has worked with couples, families, and individuals using systemic therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques at various institutions and as a freelancer. Since 2009, she has also provided couples and family counseling at the Beşiktaş Municipality. Since 2018, she has continued to see clients at TinUs Psychology and is a partner at the firm.
