Dr. Sinan Sayit, Psy.D.

She graduated from the Department of Psychology at Duke University in 2002. From 2002 to 2003, she worked as a psychologist at AMATEM. In 2005, she earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at George Washington University in 2009. At the TinUs Psychology Center, of which she is a founding partner, she provides individual counseling to adults and adolescents using a psychoanalytic approach. She works with lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) individuals. She provides training to mental health professionals through the Association for Social Policies, Gender Identity, and Sexual Orientation Studies (SPoD). She serves as a supervisor and thesis advisor in the Clinical Psychology Master’s Program at Bilgi University. She also conducts psychological counseling sessions in English.
